Johnston Town Center
By day, Johnston Town Center is a splash pad that keeps kids of all ages and abilities cool and engaged in play. Six SplashArcs, which deliver a stunning morning glory effect from the top of its angled tubular body, are positioned among a selection of ground sprays to create cool and refreshing showers upon the heads of kids below. By night, this splash pad combines on-and-off sequencing, LED lights and controls for a complete water and light show.

Two girls play together taking turns walking through a ground sprayer. One girl walks over to hug her friend as they walk to the next water activity. The camera pans up a stream of water dancing up from a ground sprayer. Scene switches as a boy walks up and steps onto a foot water activation pad. He steps on the pad to activate the ground sprayers. Scene switches to a view across the splash pad as children play in the streaming water of the ground sprayers. Scene switches to a boy holding the camera facing himself as he walks through a ground sprayer. The water falls on the camera muffling the mic. Camera switches to a child’s point of view as they walk directly into the stream of a ground sprayer. Water fills the screen as the mic muffles. The camera pulls back for a larger view of the curved pillars and ground sprayers. Lights illuminate the ground sprayers fading in and out to different colors. Lights also illuminate the funnel shaped spray coming from the top of the curved pillars. Camera switches to an elevated view of the light ground sprayers as a handful of them spray their water streams. Camera switches back to a ground view across the splash pad as lit ground sprayers dance in the dark. The camera pans down the purple lit geyser of a ground sprayer all the way down to its illuminated nozzle. Camera switches to a flyover view of the ground sprayers as water flows and changes to the different nozzles. Camera switches to a focused view of the lit ground sprayers as the water flows in slow motion. The ground sprayers light color slowly changes to different colors as the calming sound of falling water on concrete fills the air. Scene switches to a right to left pan of the splash pad as water continues to flow through the ground sprayers. Scene fades to black and back into a full elevated view of the splash pad as the ground sprayers water glows. In the foreground one of the curved pillars water activates and begins to spray its unique cone shaped stream. Blue animated rain drops fall in the center of the screen as everything fades to white. As the droplets fall the Aquatix logo appears. The Aquatix logo slides slightly to the left as a black line appears to the right of the logo. A second logo appears on the right of the black line reading “Outdoor Recreation Products”. The screen fades to black and the video ends.]
