Orono Park Splash Pad
Project Overview
Set within a larger recreation area, the Orono Park Splash Pad brings in similar nature-inspired design elements including the natural color palette. Older kids looking for big splashes can get it from the CanopyCluster with Acrylic, which has six buckets that randomly dump on splashers below. For more universal play, planners included the AquaGather Station, BloomBurst Set and HydroHelix with Acrylic. Kids of all ages will love interacting with the SplashPack Frog and the fan spray of water coming from its mouth. Ground sprays like the Arch Jet, Junior Water Jewel, Sea Crawler and more are positioned throughout the space to give kids more ways to interact with water. Best of all, this splash pad is located adjacent to Orono Lake with a swimming beach as well as a Landscape Structures playground.
