Red Oaks Waterpark

Video features the outdoor Aquatix splash pad by Landscape Structures at Red Oaks Waterpark in Madison Heights Michigan.

[video: screen fades into a full elevated panning view over the Red Oaks Waterpark filled with playing families. The large concrete splash pad has many different water activity stations surrounded a main central water play structure. Parents sit under large triangular shade sails on beach chairs as they watch their children play. Scene switches to a ground view of children waiting in line and riding down a large blue slide apart of the large central play structure. The camera switches its angle showing two more smaller blue slides as children play on them. Camera switches to a third view of the play structure where there is a long tubular water slide. Scene switches to a slightly elevated view of the splash pad and children play at the different play activities surrounding the central play structure. The camera fallows as a boy quickly rides down the large wide blue slide. Scene switches to two boys dancing in the misting sprayers of three green arched pipes. A boy lays belly down on the back of a large frog sculpture in a sitting position. A girl standing next to the frog sculpture leans her head down to wet her hair the water spraying from the frog’s mouth. A second girl sits under the fan of water spraying from the frog. The children splash their hands in the spraying water from the frog’s mouth. Scene switches to a ground view up to a curvy and arch pole streaming water out the top. The camera pans down to two boys playing in the falling water. Scene switches as the camera follows a boy through the twist and turns up into the water play structure. Two boys quickly walk across a belted bridge on the structure. Scene switches to a point of view riding down the large tubular water slide. The inside of the slide is lit by two skylight panels. Camera switches to a girl as she holds the camera facing herself as she rides down the tubular waterslide. Camera switches to a boy as he holds the camera facing up towards the bottom of his chin. Water drops from his face as he walks up the bridge on the water structure. Screen fades to black and back into a top-down view of the water play structure. Camera switches to a ground view up to a curved post of the play structure. Water streams out from the top of the post onto a roof panel with a water paddle fan. The streaming water causes the paddle fan to spin. The camera switches to a new view of the paddle fan as it spins. The camera focuses in closer on the spinning paddle fan. Scene switches to two boys as they play at a large blue post. They manipulate the flow of water spraying from several different hexagonal caps on the outside of the post. They stand in the streaming water as it spews out from the post. Camera switches to a gliding view over the tops of all the different water activities and water play structure as families play all around the park. Camera switches to a ground view across the waterpark. Water sprays and falls in slow motion from many different water actives all around the park. Scene switches to a close-up view of a child’s hands playing in dripping water on a play station table. The camera goes in and out of focus on the child’s hands as it rotates a play piece on the play table. Scene switches to a father and son as they play at a water sensory table. Scene switches to a boy as he splashes and plays in a ring of vertical ground sprayers. Scene switches to a young girl aiming a water canon at her friend. A boy runs over to a post with a rotating sphere at the top. He rotates the sphere to aim the singular stream spraying from the activity. Scene fades to black and back into a young boy as he raises his hand to wave and give the peace sign with both hands to the camera. Scene fades to black and back into A girl with long braided hair as she smiles and waves to the camera. Scene fades to black and back into a full elevated view of the Red Oaks Waterpark. A lazy river flows with tubbed riders that surrounds the large splash pad play area. The screen fades to white as blue animated rain drops fall in the center of the screen. As the droplets fall the Aquatix logo appears. The Aquatix logo slides slightly to the left as a black line appears to the right of the logo. A second logo appears on the right reading “Penchura”. A man can be heard hooting in the background as the screen fades to black and the video ends.]
